Possible Paper Jam During Printing

The most common causes of Paper Jam is are improper placement of paper into the printer and the thickness of the paper. You can fix this problem by following these steps:
- Turn off the printer.
- Remove all paper trays and any paper that may be stuck between the tray and the printer.
- Turn the printer back on.
