Sometimes The Screen Stops Displaying.
Whenever I restart my computer this monitor stops displaying anything.Same thing happens when I exit after playing any full screen game.I have verified this monitor on another CPU's but the same thing happens again.

Sounds like either a logic error or a power supply overheat issue. I doubt there is any easy way to repair this without replacing the main logic board. The only way to tell is with a full bench diagnostic.
You can send it in for service or simply deal with the annoyance until you're ready to buy a new monitor.
The other option is to check eBay for replacement parts and fix it yourself but expect to be swapping a lot of parts until you hit the right one.
