Hp Probook 6450 Problems
Good day! I'm having a problem with my laptop. It's an HP Probook 6450. When I turn it on, a blank screen appears and I keep waiting for it to start. The lights are functioning, though. What should I do? Thank you very much.

Completely resetting the computer can resolve many issues that cause a blank screen. Follow these steps to perform a hard reset:
- Turn off the computer.
- Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove all USB devices and media cards.
- Disconnect the AC power adapter.
- Remove the battery.
- Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.
- To drain any residual power, reconnect the AC power adapter, but do not connect the battery.
- Turn on the computer.If this resolved the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.
