If connecting wirelessly you'll need a wireless hub (access point). Just add a new printer to the new PC and set it up with the network address of the printer.

If connecting hard wired basically do the same.

You can also share the printer from one PC and connect to that with the other. In that case the first PC must be left on or printing will not be possible from the 2nd PC.
