Scanning To Computer Issues, Drivers Are Installed But Computer Not Being Found

For that first make sure usb calbe is working fine try with aqnother usb cable and differernt usb port of computer.
Then if still same then go to device manager right click on my computer then click on property then click on device manager then you can see all drivers list there uninstall usb drivers 1 by 1 then right cliick on any driver then click on "scan for hardware changes" then it will install all usb drivers automatic .
Then go to start menu ->control panel->add remove program and uninstall scanner driver then restart computer then again install scanner driver from disk if you son't have disk then dowenoad driver from hp sites then install.
Then it will work fine remove any incompatible software or driver.
