I Have A Hp Psc 2170 All In One Printer.

When I turn the printer on there is a grinding noise that keeps repeating. Therefore not allowing me to use the printer. I've unstalled the software and reinstalled it to no avail. Then I removed the hardware and then added it but I get the same problem. A message comes up and says my printer is installed and ready to use. Then I get another message saying an error occurred during the installation of the hardware and it may not work properly. And it sure doesn't. Can you please help resolve this problem. Thank you.
