Hi, without knowing more about your network and printer setup, it's impossible to troubleshoot the problem completely. However, if you can't ping the printer, here are some things to check:

- Make sure the printer is connected to a network device (router, switch, etc.) with a good Ethernet cable
- Make sure the printer is powered on
- Make sure the printer has a valid IP address and subnet mask (you can check by printing out a config page)
- Try to ping the network device that the printer is connected to, to make sure it isn't having any problems
