Hp 33481a - Laserjet Iiip B/w Laser Printer Problems

Hi,I have HP 33481A - LaserJet IIIp B/W Laser Printer.. It has a parallel port, but I have connected to my pc as a usb printer via a converter from usb to parallel port.My win 7 says he has sucesfully installed software for it, but the printer isn't showing as a installed printer on my machine, instead windows is showing the printer as a model: USB PRINT, category: UNKNOWN.

It really doesn't matter what name windows gives the printer. Just select it as your default printer.
