How to clear the print queue depends on what kind of computer you have. On a Windows PC, you can do it by going to Devices & Printers from the Start menu (or Printer and Faxes, in Windows XP), double clicking on your printer, and then right clicking on each print job and canceling it.

If that doesn't work, you can restart the print spooler service. You can find instructions for doing that here.
