All I can suggest is to have only power connected to the printer and try the NVRAM reset in the attachment and see if you get further. Usually if you do not get to an error or other message on the display you are having an issue with the formatter. and if that does't seem to solve the problem, I suggest you contact the company for help, use this link for support
