My Printer Is Not Able To Be Reset To Factory Settings
I hold both control buttons when starting up and though the powerlight is one, it does not reset the printer. The light by the turned C is on and the Caution light blinks, then after about 10 blinks, go solid. I am not able to print a test page and when
