How To Make Custom Envelopes On Hp 8600

Follow these steps to customize envelopes:

Open the Microsoft Word file.
Go to Page Layout option and select Orientation as Landscape.
Create a regular Word file (I did not use an envelope template) with landscape orientation.
Go to the Insert option and select a text box without a border. Enter the address information in this text box.
Go to File, select Print option, then go to Properties, Printing Shortcuts option, and select Landscape as the Orientation.
Click OK.
Select A5 as the paper size.
Place your envelope in the printer’s tray facing downwards and lengthwise in the middle.
Move the Guide bar which can be found on the left side of the tray.
Click OK.
