Hp Pro Has Stopped Printing In Color?
We replaced the black 950 XL Cartridge yesterday and now the printer will not print any color what so ever. No we do not have it set to print in black only. I have tried unplugging the printer, taking out each color cartridge and replacing it back, and I've even taken out the entire cartridge carriage and put it back in. I've also unplugged the printer after turning it off. Nothing seems to work. Am I missing something completely simple???
