Windows 8 Cant Download Windows Says Its Not Compatable? How Do I Download

You have to download the compatible driver software of this printer to make it function properly using your Windows 8 computer system. Remember that there are 2 types of Operating Systems. These are 32-bit and 64-bit Operating Systems. You can determine the type of your computer's OS by following these steps.

1. Click Start

2. Right click My Computer/Computer

3. Click Properties

4. Read the System Type
