The Black Ink In My Hp Officejet 6500a Plus Printer Does Not Work Why?

I have changed the cartridge and it still does not print.

There are 2 possible reasons why your HP Officejet 6500A printer cannot use the newly installed black ink cartridge.

1. Incompatible Ink Cartridge - The installed ink cartridge might not be compatible with the device. Remember that ink cartridges have codes and not all of these are the same. You can purchase HP Officejet 6500A ink cartriges here:
