How Do I Know Which Ink Cartridge To Replace?

I'm new to the HP 4620 and it is telling me I'm running low on ink. I had a live chat with an 'agent' as to help me find to indicator to let me know which color was low, but our chat ended! Do I have to purchase the combo 4 pack and replace or can I just purchase a specific color? Can someone please give me some help? thanks

I would suggest you to check the ink level and then purchase the relevant ink cartridge. Please click on the link mentioned below and refer to page number 74 to know the steps for checking ink level.
