The following are the steps to set date and time on your HP Printer:
- Press Setup on the printer's control panel (Little wrench symbol).
- Press the Left () Arrow button to select Basic Settings, press OK .
- Press the Left () Arrow button to select Date and Time, press OK .
- The "Enter Date" should be displayed, use the Control Panel's Keypad to type in the current date, press ok.
- Once complete, the "Enter time" setting should come up next. use the Control Panel's keypad to select the current time, then use the Right (>) Arrow button to set AM or PM, press ok.
The display should go back to the main screen once completed.
