Hello Avertulo,

The following are the steps to set date and time on your HP Printer:

Press Setup on the printer's control panel (Little wrench symbol).
Press the Left () Arrow button to select Basic Settings, press OK .
Press the Left () Arrow button to select Date and Time, press OK .
The "Enter Date" should be displayed, use the Control Panel's Keypad to type in the current date, press ok.

NOTE: Date displays in a two-digit format, MM-DD-YY (01-01-07)

Once complete, the "Enter time" setting should come up next. use the Control Panel's keypad to select the current time, then use the Right (>) Arrow button to set AM or PM, press ok.

NOTE: Time displays in the 2 digit format, HH:MM (01:45)

The display should go back to the main screen once completed.
