Carriage Jam Message
I am having problem with carriage jam messages. I have ATT Uverse with tv, phone and internet service. I must keep reinstalling software to get printer to work. It will work for a while and then I get the carriage jam message.
I think it has something to do with the fax. I have auto fax turned off. But there is an answering machine on the line. When a message is left, then printer begins to malfunction. Once I reinstall software printer is OK.
Could it have something to do with parallel splitter? ATT installed a splitter that has 3 ports, 1 is blue, 2 are green. Is this correct?
