My Printer States 'no Print Cartridge' After I Installed A New Cartridge.

My printer states "no print cartridge" after I installed a new cartridge.

I believe that the main cause of this problem is the wrong installation of the new cartridge. Remember that cartridges have small electronic pins which should be installed properly. You can perform the following solutions.

1. Remove that cartridge

2. Clean the electronic pins at the back of the cartridge

3. Install the cartridge again

4. Read the manual which can be downloaded here:
