my printer not a scan and photostate plz tell me that wh't problem my printer and it's soloutions.

Hi. Failure to both scan and copy points at a scanner mechanism failure. However a mere failure to scan can normally be corrected by using the tool here

Hello rajnirajput153,
There are many possible reasons why your printer is not performing correctly, and there are likely just as many troubleshooting steps as well.
However, if you are using Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1 you can download the HP Print & Scan Doctor. This program will scan your computer/laptop/etc to check for and resolve errors it may find during the scan. It also checks for the latest updates and installs any software, firmware, utilities, etc that are outdated.
