2-sided Printing Jams
Hi I am getting jams when people print 2 sided - what should I look for to help? HP Laser Jet 400 M401DW

This document feeder has a pretty tight paper path and the most common reason for jams is staples being dropped or potentially a remnant piece of paper (like a torn corner) from a previous job that was jammed. Please open the jam cover and lift up the pick roller and visually inspect for any foreign object. Sometimes you can flush the non-visible part of the paper path with a business card, but that can be tricky and you won't want to use something that will rip and cause more problems.
