Hp M1005 Will Not Scan

The scan head may not be in the correct starting position.

Updated firmware is available to resolve the issue.

SOLUTION: Upgrade to newer firmware (version20120831 or newer) available on hp.com Support & Drivers.

Select Drivers & Software, enter the product name/number, select operating system and locate the firmware download.
