Can't Open Webcam On Hp Touchsmart Desktop Pc Iq507
device mgr. says it's working properly,ran diagnostic tests to make sure, but still can't open it, turn it on. i signed up here because there's a pdf download with info that may help and u have to be signed up to see it or download it, but now can't find it.

Please try to reinstall the web camera driver software for your HP IQ507 laptop using the latest driver from the support website of HP. Download the driver software and install to your computer. You can download it here:
