Ok first you have to install a sim card behind the battery than turn on the system after that my computer > system properties > device manager > scan for hardware changes .

You can't just install a SIM card. Your laptop would need a WAN (Wide Area Network) card in order to connect to a cellular network. I don't believe that's something you can install yourself. It needs to come installed in the laptop from the factory.
