how do I down load the disc with out a disc player? is there a down load on line? if so what's the name of it?

Download from here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-envy-4500-e-all-in-one-printer-series/model/5304876 and you wont need a disc drive. Just select Software & Drivers.
