It's Saying That I Have A Problem With Both Cartridges

If you've had your cartidges for a while try replacing them because they could just be empty or you can take your product to the store where you originally purchased it and ask them to look at it because some stores offer product diagnosis. I'm willing to bet you simply need to replace your cartidges.
