No Red Despite Two New Cartrages..... And I Seem To Have No 'toolbox'

Can I load the HP deskject 1220c toolbox from somewhere without risking messing up the driver.... in the hope it may help me get red ink through? I have cleaned the heads with windows software - makes no difference.... As the cartrages are new, and it is they which touch the paper, I can't see where the problem can be....can i clean the set of little pins the metal strip rubs up against wtih something?? Hi. An incompatible driver may cause this. Do download and install the latest available driver & soft from here https://support.hp.com/us-en?openCLC=true if you may. No, that should not do more hard than good.
