Why Hp Deskjet 1050 J410a Printer Is Giving Error Of Cartridge Stalled ?

when i start printer is starts normal but when print command is given it starts showing error like paper jamming , and cartridge stalled . although printer driver is upto date and is not any paper jamming and cartridge is ok.

Open cartridge door and make sure
the carriage is not obstructed, close
door, and then press the Start Copy
Black or Start Copy Color button to
resume.
