Can't Print
Hi - I am in search of a manual or online instructions. Such an incredibly busy time and my printer has stopped working. Two orange lights on. Plenty of paper. It's the top two orange lights, the one next to two circles a kind of checkmark and the other for toner - I've turned off, and reset - and no luck - no green light and no wonderful "I'm working now" sound. Can you help me or direct me where to find the online answer? Thank you very much Margie

Are you sure this is a DesignJet? Sounds like you're talking about a laser or inkjet prinetr since the designjet is a plotter. Are there no messages in the front panel display? The user manual only discusses messages and not indicator lights.
You can also try searching the HP web site for info.
