Cyan Cast In Print

we have 5100hp plotter ,but not getting proper color.In all prints cyan/green cast apear on prints.particulary it is notiable in black&white image

An issue like this is normally a convergence issue with the print heads. Re-algnment of the printing may solve the problem. This can be performed off-line and settings adjusted. I have attached a link to the HP site where downloads of drivers and support for troubleshooting along with 'forum' help which could well solve your problem.
