Tray3 Problem

I'm working as IT support Eng.. 10 users were working fine on network CM6040 printer, suddenly when they printing A3 pages> error message appears to them on the printer panel "type mismatch” tray1 was determined to be A3 tray. I changed tray1 to support Letter/plain. But the problem still, users even me cann’t determine tray3 to support A3 (from printer panel or site and user side). Now: Tray1: Letter/plain.
