Problem With Printer Not Picking Up The Paper
HP Color Laserjet CP1215. When I try to print gets stuck in the queue then when I finally clear that, the printer won't pick up the paper. I have corrected the spooling problem and have shuffled the paper, but it still won't print. This has happened before and with HP's support we were able to fix it but this time problem not solved.

If the print is stuck in the queue and not reaching the printer then the attached link should help you solve the issue. However if it is a mechanical problem then cleaning the pick up rollers should solve it. Make sure you use a non residue cleaner on the rollers.
