Hp Officejet 7310xi New Black Cartridge Won't Print.
Color still works. New black does nothing.

I had the same issue, which I finally resolved. Printer copied in black and printed off of Word in black. All internet material was printed in only color.
Brought an NEW black HP cartridge and changed out my remanufactured color cartridge for an old original HP cartridge I had laying around.
Finally after many tries, align cartridge test PASSED and I was then able to print in black off of the internet.
Hope this helps. I know the stress.
