Cursor Creates Problem (in Scanner Connection)

My cursor starts trembling when touchpad is used, when the notebook is connected with the scanner (hp 3500c). external (usb ported) mouse is also not working within described condition. Plz tell me how it can be solved?

Attach a usb mouse to the computer so you will have functionality. Unistall and reinstall the driver. If this does not resolve the issue there is either a virus or the hardware itself is failed. You will at the very least have the ability to use the usb mouse.
