Inkt Carrier Is Not Moving When Open It

MY PRINTER SHOWS ON THE DISPLAY "PAPER JAM" BUT WE CHECKED EVERYTHING NO PAPER, BUT WHERE THE INKT ARE IT IS NOT MOVING WHEN WE OPEN IT
