In My 6210, When I Turn It On I Got An Error Message 'remove Color Cartridge'.

If I remove the cartridge then appears " install color cartridge. Any solution. Thanks.

You can go to the HP Support Website for your device to review some steps you can perform to possibly resolve your printer's issue.

Once at the link it is best if you follow the steps in the order shown.

Please note: The reference question on the link refers to a newly installed cartridge. However, the steps are the same regardless of how old a cartridge is.
