My 2830 Laserjet Is Very Slow Even If I Print Direct Over The Network .

The printing speed of your HP 2840 varies based on the quality of the document you are printing. If your printer is set to Best Quality, it will take time to print the document with this quality. The fastest printing speed is the Fast Draft but the lowest quality output.
