How Do I Reset My Password Bgjs

If you have only one account set up and that is the only administrator account, then you cannot reset password unless you have created a password recovery disk.

If you have created the disk insert it and reset the passwrd.

If you have not created the disk re-installation is the only option Microsoft Support.

If you are using Windows XP you should restart system and tap F8 for advance boot options. Select Safe mode and hit enter.

Login to the administrator account and try resetting you password.
