How To Reset Laserjet 1320n Printer

A cold reset on this printer changes most system parameters to default setting, but not reset the page count. If you don't remove your jet direct, this procedure also will reset its settings.
To perform a cold reset do this: turn off your printer press and hold down the GO button turn on your on and continue to hold the go button for at least 5 seconds but not longer than 15 seconds, during this proces the ATTENTION led will turn on release the go button and if the 2 leds (ready +attention) turn on you must start all these steps the printer's led will begin cycling until compltion and the printer will reach its ready state if you hold the go button more than 20 second this will cause an NVRAM initiation and all settings will be lost.
