Toner Light Is Blinking

i discovered l cannot bring as a result of my printer toner blinking

This usually indicates 'No cartridge installed'. There are a few reasons this is happening, ie: may be a malfunction in either the printer or the ink cartridge, or the contacts may have a build up of residual ink, etc.
