Its for good karma the cause must be good the main intention is to help people not counting point's. It is temporary and please keep on trying. You will be able to create an account for sure good luck.If that's more than speculation, how does Troubleshooter101 know that?

No, this is not inside information of any kind. This issue has unfortunately likely been quite apparent to our contributors who have been the most active with our site in the past week. Unfortunately, there were a handful of "make money easily" YouTube videos referencing our site in the last 10 days or so (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=%22helpowl%22&sp=EgIIBA%253D%253D). This has led to thousands of people posting irrelevant questions, answers and reviews on the site.

We have already banned over 4,000 accounts and removed nearly 1,000 posts in the last week, and will continue to do so. However, some of this garbage still gets through as it is important to us to maintain our normal operations for real visitors and real contributors.
