Lp Code - Water Leak

My Hayward heatpump will not start.  My control panel flashes LP and PS which I understand are codes for low pressure and pressure switch.  I noticed that there seems to be water leakage at the bottom of the housing, but I cannot tell where it is coming from.  I have checked the inlet and outlet connections and they are okay.  Can you tell me what to check next?  It is not coil condensation since this is my first attempt at using it for the season.
