Light Not Working

light has power but will not turn on. All connections seem good. Reading 12volts at the 2 wires that connects directly to the light. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue

Check the wiring diagrams starting at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1543716/Hayward-Colorlogic-4-0.html?page=26#manual to verify your installation. (Note that the lights and Network Module must be on the same power phase.
