Shamilton Beach Slow Cooker Model #33353.
I just received this as a Christmas present Dec 2013. I used it for the first time on Wednesday, January 22, 2014. So I had just washed it & sat it down when all of a sudden the lid shattered. It was like a gun had shot it. do you have a report of this happening before? Is there warranty that would replace the lid? Please advise.
