'the Scoop' Won't Brew A Full Cup
We have "The Scoop" coffee maker. When we pour in one full mug of water we only get a half cup of brewed coffee. Water comes out of the reservoir when we tip the unit over. We've cleaned the unit with vinegar and water as recommended. Hamilton Beach will only send a replacement if we pay around $10 for shipping and handling. Bummer!
