It Won't Turn On
It's not even a week old. The battery was running out last nite. I turned it off and put it on charge about 45 minutes later. Now I can'tget it to turn on

I was having the same exact problem not even a few minutes ago! I looked and looked all over the internet and through my manuals and found no real answer. I did how ever find how to "Hard Reset" the device and finding no other options I tried it, and it worked! Just hold down the volume decrease button and the power button at the same time for a few seconds and the orange light will stop blinking, then power it on and its back to normal! nothing missing for me. Huge releife! hope this helps you too,

Mine wouldnt turn on but it was fully charged. I thought it was dead but it wouldnt turn on. So I held down the volume decrease button and the power at the same time for aboout 10 seconds and then a weird screen comes on with lettering and you pick what you want, I picked recovery then it shows a phone on the screen. After a few seconds do the same thing with the power and volume button. Then the screen goes black. Then, hold the power button and it should turn on.
