Weather App And Phone Performance.
is anyone experiencing difficulty with the weather app. i want to set it to reload but the scheduled reload button is gray and i can't click on it. also i can't seem to fix the performance of my phone after the 4.0 ice cream update. it's gotten slower and i've done factory resets, hard and soft resets and to no avail. prior to the update my phone was fine but now its very slow. any suggestions?
