Refund From A Vendor Who Won't Provide The Service Paid For

I purchased (as a gift) a mother/daughter massage package from Body Shop Massage in Chandler, AZ. When I called during the promotional period to schedule an appointment, the owner said that they were booked (had no openings) until after the promotional expiration date, and therefore I would have to pay approx $50 more, in addition to the $178 I had already paid.In your Customer Support section, Suggested Help Topics under Date, Appointment and Booking, it states clearly that the appointment can be made for any available time (even after the promotional period expires), as long as the request for appointment is made during the promotional period.I would like a refund from this vendor. I have contacted them twice and received the above reply both times. i would much appreciate your assistance. Thank you ...

Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410.Groupon will always refund a fee paid for a service denied you by the advertiser.
