Contacting A Live Customer Support Representative. Cannot Use My Groupon Bucks

I'm guessing the vendor is not accepting your Groupon voucher.
Groupon wants you to return your voucher within 3 days of purchase, but in my experience it will promptly refund your purchase price in your situation, regardless. Unfortunately, Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access. You can however write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410. If there's no prompt resolution (I don't expect it will be necessary), file a dispute with your card company. You can also call your state's consumer protection agency, for which see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.
