How Do I Get The Phone I Ordered And Paid For Jan. 18th. It Still Has Not Shipp

I have been on your help line for over TWO HOURS! being disconnected twice and not offered the call back option. this is the third time I have had trouble with an order and can't seem to contact anyone to help me.I like your goods and trips if there is no issue .But I am thinking of writing a negative review on your customer service( first one I have ever written) If this issue with my phone is not addressed!

Using a Web form is not the best way to get help from Groupon. If you still can't get through on the support line, call corporate, at 312-676-5773.
